Returns & Exchanges
All Empty Lineup products are made to order using a print-on-demand process. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or preference.
Exceptions
We will gladly resolve the issue if:
- You receive the wrong item, or
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item received
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Please Note
- We cannot accept returns for normal wear, misuse, or buyer error
- We cannot accept exchanges for sizing or style preferences
